VICUT officially launches the newly upgraded VR350 Ultra, an enhanced multi-blade digital label finisher evolved from the classic VR350 model. Targeting medium to high volume on-demand label production, this upgraded version delivers remarkable improvements in cutting performance, operational intelligence and overall stability, bringing higher efficiency and easier operation for label makers.

The software of VR350 Ultra has also been fully upgraded and integrated with powerful intelligent functions: Operators can view the machine’s working condition and cutting speed on the computer at any time, and get prompt notifications when errors appear; System can find out exactly which sensor fails to reset; If the label registration marks are placed incorrectly, users can simply adjust the position on the machine instead of editing designs in CDR design software; The machine will calibrate blades automatically at set intervals (50m or 100m,user-definable) to avoid cutting defects; The paper feeding speed now comes with 10 gear levels, ranging from 3 m/min to 60 m/min, to fit various production demands.

Core features like web guide system, cold lamination, auto matrix waste removal, dual rewinding systems and built-in industrial computer are fully retained, maintaining full all-in-one label finishing capabilities for various materials.
