Vicut is pleased to announce the official launch of our new machine NexCut240, which is a highly cost-effective dual-head blade finisher developed for pre-cut labels and digital cut colorful labels, delivering outstanding cutting speed and precision.

To support a complete finishing workflow, NexCut240 integrates inline cold lamination(laminating liner roller is optional), automatic matrix waste removal, and a flexible slitting system with up to 8 slitters, allowing users to laminate, die-cut, slit, and rewind clean finished rolls in one streamlined process. Driven by CCD camera positioning system, it enables automatic job exchange without manual intervention,making it especially suitable for customers handling diverse label shapes and short-run orders.

NexCut240 can also work inline with mainstream digital label printers such as VIPcolor and Epson to deliver a complete one-stop printing and cutting solution.
