Upgrade Unveiled: VR350 Ultra Takes Over from Standard VR350

Vicut proudly launches the VR350 Ultra, the 2026 upgraded version of the VR350 digital label die cutter. The new model retains the original machine appearance without exterior modifications.

Major updates have been implemented. The laminate liner waste removal module is changed from standard to optional, though mounting positions are reserved for later installation. The control and software system has been upgraded for enhanced intelligence, supporting automatic cutting depth adjustment based on material liner thickness. Cutting heads are upgraded from electromagnetic control to servo motor control for quicker response.

VR350 Ultra is equipped with six standard cutting heads. The slitting unit assembly is upgraded to seven slitting units as standard. Existing premium functions including ultrasonic web guide, industrial PC, CCD camera and dual rewinding stay unchanged.

As the successor to the original VR350, VR350 Ultra delivers improved cutting performance and flexible configuration options, offering optimized label finishing solutions for global label converters.
