On September 5, 2019, a Korean customer, Kim and his team, visited our Sheet Cutter Factory. The customer sold OKI's printers and related accessories, and they wanted to find a label cutter that matched its printer from China. Our company got in touch with our customers in August. After nearly one month of communication, the customers expressed their willingness to visit the factory.
During the visit, the customer focused on our production workshops, storage rooms and prototype rooms and our design department, technical department and laboratory, as well as they visit our employees' dining and leisure areas.
Finally, for the products that are interested by our customers, we systematically introduced and demonstrated the Sheet Label Cutting Machine and the roll label die cutting machine. Customers have improved their understanding of product software and hardware. They are very satisfied with the performance and test results of the machine. The customers immediately decided on the first batch of samples, and they prepared to promote our products in the later stage.
