Automatic XY Cutter TM160

TM160 is an automatic XY cutting machine, which is used to cut the flexible media rolls into sheets with a maximum thickness of 0.6mm. Using a CCD camera, TM160 can read the cutting marks on the printed media, and immediately cut both vertically and horizontally. With the automatic deviation correction system, fully automatic cutting is realized.

KEY FEATURES

Automatic correction on longitudinal direction

If the printer cannot print parallel to the edge of the media, or if the printer cannot roll up vertically,the TM160 automatically realigns the edges of the printed image.
CCD camera scan cut marks

The high resolution CCD camera is used to scan the marking points and locate the cutting path so as to achieve precise cutting. Camera scanning can also make the range of cutting materials wider.
Vertically and horizontally synchronous cutting

The XY direction works at the same time, and truly realizes automatic cutting.
Complete firmware control

The camera reads printed marks then feedback to machine, the machine will cut posters automatically, no need to do any data transfer, very convenient to use.
No consumable parts

Longitudinal and vertical blades combined cutting mode

The TM160 is equipped with 4 sets of slitting knives and a set of horizontal cutting knives. The distance between the slitting knives can be adjusted according to the actual cutting needs. Cutting vertically and horizontally, truly realize the fully automation.

CCD Camera registration cut marks

The high resolution CCD camera is used to scan the marking points and locate the cutting path so as to achieve precise cutting. The camera also collect the data of paper feeding alignment and feedback to controller, to realize the correction deviation automatically.

Adjustable unwinding reel

The size of unwinding reel is adjustable for real cutting needs. It can bear a weight of 30kg, supports maxi roll diameter 300mm.

Large capacity sheets collection tray

The TM160 equipped with a separate large capacity paper tray for collecting the cutting sheets. This large paper tray is movable, it can be moved to any required unloading place.

User friendly touch screen panel

Easy-to-use touch screen makes the operation more convenient.

Easy to use dedicated software

Input images to Maintop design software, create cut marks, set up parameters, save the file, ready for printing and cutting. Very easy to operate.

Emergency stop

Feet with moving wheels
