PRODUCT PROFILE
VX80 automatic feeding flatbed cutter is a digital die cutting machine for small and medium batch production of packaging box, sheet labels, tags and so on.
The cutter receives the auto fed sheets onto its cutting mat, then uses a high resolution CCD camera to scan registration marks and also read QR codes, to identify and automatically retrieve the appropriate cutting file from the job library.
By using advanced digital contour cutting technology,no cutting dies required, the flatbed cutter VX80 is able to process the sheets to any shapes, instantly and directly from the desktop. It can crease and cut sheets with the same pattern and can also precisely handle a mix batch of different jobs.

Vacuum Pump
Powerful vacuum pump with acoustic cover,offering enough power to hold printed on the working table.
Muffler(optional)
Reduce the sound level of vacuum pump. suitable for vacuum pump more than 750W. Mostly used in office which require cutter works quietly.
Air compressor
Provide sufficient pressure,on-demand vacuum and air for pneumatic feeding system.
Blade Holder
This precision engineered components sits in the dual tool head and holds the cutting blade of choice. The tool is adjustable manually to obtain the desired length of blade-tip.
Creasing Tool
This tool is double-ended, offering choices of wide or narrow creases. It creases all fold lines with its ball-bearing head, to avoid corrugated damage on media face.
Calibration Tool
Used for setting up and calibrate cutter before machine working.
